MoreFestival of Performing Arts “DANCE OF EUROPE”
April 3-4, 2020
The event is held as part of subprogram 11 "Youth policy" of the State program "Education and youth policy" for 2016-2020.
We invite you to take part in the dance festival DANCE OF EUROPE. A large number of groups take part in the festival not only from Belarus, but also from Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries.
The festival is evaluated by a competent panel of judges, whose members are specialists in relevant dance styles. And the jury's marks are displayed immediately after the performance of the team.
WE OFFER:
- A dance floor on a specially equipped stage (12 * 18 m, total area 240 m2) with a professional dance floor (Arlekin Duo dance linoleum, adapted for all types of choreography), backstage and the necessary stage mechanisms.
- World-class lighting equipment (LED screens, professional scanners, paragliders, strobe lights, etc.).
- The jury works according to the American system of collective assessment. The jury consists of one specialist from each direction (Dance show (dance show), Street show (street styles), Pop dance, Folk dance, Children's dances). Each of the judges makes 3 ratings (for choreography (work of dancers), for production (work of a choreographer) and for shows (image, costumes, musical material, producing).
- ALL MARKS ARE DISPLAYED ON THE LED SCREENS IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COLLECTIVE.
- For each of the 3 ratings, the average score is displayed and the total amount is considered. The winner in each category is the team with the highest score. The screens display information about the current place of the team in real time.

The collectives of the Republic of Belarus, which are not members of the Belarusian Dance League, pay for participation as members of official foreign organizations.
Entrance for one team leader is free for all days of the competition, except for the show of the event “Dance Evolution”.
For every 10 participants under the age of 12 participating on the same day - one accompanying person is free for this day of competition, except for the show of the event “Dance Evolution”.
For every 20 participants over the age of 12 years participating on the same day - one accompanying person runs for free on this day of competition, except for the show of the Dance Evolution event.
ENTRANCE FOR SPECTATORS:
During the event, spectators may only be seated in the stands. An entrance ticket is required to enter the stands. Entrance tickets are purchased separately for each day of the event. The cost of entrance tickets for the purchase (or booking for foreign groups) until March 25, 2020 - 15BYN. After March 25 - 20BYN. (Plus the cost of the commission of the ticket operator if you're buying online).
Meals
Participants and coaches can order set meals at the venue. Estimated cost - 10 Belarusian rubles.
Next to the venue located the shopping mall with a large food court.

By prior arrangement, a transfer can be arranged from/to the airport or train station.
Don’t take the car "off-board" - it can be expensive. The Uber and Yandex Taxi in Minsk are available. The average price of a taxi in Minsk is 5-10€.
