FROM April 1 to April 5, 2020, MINSK WILL TAKE THE "CHILD AND YOUTH WEEK".

“Child and Youth Week” is the largest youth project in the CIS, uniting active, advanced youth from the CIS countries and Europe. In terms of the number of participants, the “Child and Youth Week” is rightfully considered the largest dance forum not only in the CIS, but also in Europe.

As part of the competition, spectators expect bright costumes and fantastic energy of dancers, the choreographic and acrobatic elements, elements of jazz, ballet, classical and modern choreography, and the most difficult tricks and pyramids from cheerleaders!

CHILD AND YOUTH WEEK 2018. PART 1.

A member of the popular European music community Soul Kitchen Vunky Lao noted that Belarusians are one of the most honest and sincere dancers he saw:

- I really like the atmosphere. I play music in which I put love and soul and in return receive a strong stream of good energy that comes from you. This is what the DJ wants to feel as an answer and thanks to his work, - Vunky came to Belarus for the third time. After the European Championships in Disco and Disco Freestyle, DJ from Germany even wrote a mixtape dedicated to the city of Minsk and Minsk citizens.

Disco Dance 2018

Disco has been recognized as an official sport in the Republic of Belarus since 2017, therefore, now at each tournament, participants are fighting not only for champion titles, but also for professional sports categories.

In addition, the Belarusian team are the leaders of the European and World Championships in the most difficult category of Disco - Freestyle. A variety of style allows the use of acrobatic and gymnastic elements of increased complexity. And all this happens to music, the speed of which exceeds 150 beats per minute! Now the Belarusian team already has gold and silver earned in the European and World Championships!

International street style dance Competition “Extreme Games Belarus 2020”

“Extreme Games Belarus 2020” – the largest dance competition in CIS in street styles, such as HIP-HOP, DISCO DANCE, HOUSE. Every year more than 3000 participants come to Minsk to take part in competition, communicate with like-minded people, visit workshops.

The last years the most powerful and popular dancers came to our event to judge, such as: Les Twins (France), Salah (France), Flawless Crew (UK), Elite Force (USA) and much more.

Festival of Performing Arts “Dance of Europe”

The strongest dance crews compete in such dance styles as Stage dance, Folk dance, Dance Show, Street Show and Children's dance.

The festival is judged by a competent panel of judges, whose members are specialists in relevant dance styles. The judge’s marks are displayed immediately after the performance.

Belarus Open Cheerleading Championship 2020

In 2017 cheerleading was recognized by the National Olympic Committee and was included in the register of sports of the Republic of Belarus.

The first professional cheerleading teams appeared in Belarus in 2004, and the first Belarus Championship was held in 2009. Since that time, the Belarusian team has repeatedly represented the country at the official European Championship ECU.
