We offer you accommodation in hotels located next to the venue - the Sport Time Hotel and the Slavyanskaya Hotel. Hotels were built for the World Hockey Championship 2014 and correspond to the European level of hotels.

The event is held as part of subprogram 11 "Youth policy" of the State program "Education and youth policy" for 2016-2020.
Information about the event:
- All groups receive an official invitation and gratitude for participation from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus;
- Diplomas for each participant of the festival and prizes for teams and leaders.
- The panel of judges, consisting of leading world experts in each dance direction from France, USA, Germany;
- Professional lighting and sound equipment, stage cover used at concerts of world stars touring in Belarus.
- Live video streaming. The presence of national television channels.
The terms of participation:
Only collectives of educational institutions can take part in the festival!
An application for participation must be issued on the letterhead of the educational institution and sent either by mail or by fax.
Registration by March 20 in the prescribed form.
COMPOSITION DURATION: 2: 30-4: 00 MINUTES
Participant fees:
The charitable fee for participation in one perfomance is 20BYN per person and 10BYN per each additional dance. The number of perfomances is not limited.
Fees shall be transferred no later than March 27, 2020 to the account of the Belarusian Dance League.
Entrance for one team leader is free for all days of the competition, except for the show of the event “Dance Evolution”.
For every 10 participants under the age of 12 participating on the same day - one accompanying person is free for this day of competition, except for the show of the event “Dance Evolution”.
For every 20 participants over the age of 12 years participating on the same day - one accompanying person runs for free on this day of competition, except for the show of the Dance Evolution event.

ENTRANCE FOR SPECTATORS:
During the event, spectators may only be seated in the stands. An entrance ticket is required to enter the stands. Entrance tickets are purchased separately for each day of the event. The cost of entrance tickets for the purchase (or booking for foreign groups) until March 25, 2020 - 15BYN. After March 25 - 20BYN. (When buying online + the cost of the commission of the ticket operator).
Meals
Participants and coaches can order set meals at the venue. Estimated cost - 10 Belarusian rubles.
Next to the venue located the shopping mall with a large food court.

By prior arrangement, a transfer can be arranged from/to the airport or train station.
Don’t take the car "off-board" - it can be expensive. The Uber and Yandex Taxi in Minsk are available. The average price of a taxi in Minsk is 5-10€.
